About Us

At OCCS, we provide training in the arts of choral singing, music performance and stagecraft. We foster interest in the performing arts, provide opportunities for novice performers to gain experience, offer affordable and accessible concerts for the community and provide entertainment for metropolitan nursing homes, retirement villages and other service organisations.

What We Do

We perform for the Community at:

  • Local Concerts and Events
  • Community Carol Nights
  • Aged Care Homes
  • Retirement Villages
  • Care Centres for the Disabled

We Sing harmony in a variety of styles which include classical, rock, blues, gospel, romantic, popular and jazz. Pieces in other languages have also been included in our repertoire.


Everyone is welcome, but we especially need more Male Singers and most especially, Tenors.

Practice Times

Why don't you come along to one of our practices and see us for yourself? Our practices run throughout the school terms on Monday Evenings, from 6:30 to 8:45pm, at Wakefield House, 65 Acre Avenue, Morphett Vale .
